Rules
All rates shown are inclusive of VAT, water, power, gas, bedroom and kitchen linens and bathroom towels with weekly change.
- heating in charge in winter months is € 12,00/day
- air conditioning charge for apartment “Belvedere “ is € 15,00/day
- Compulsory final cleaning
- € 45,00 for apartment “Le Rose”;
- € 55,00 for apartments “Belvedere 2 and “Gli Archi”.
- Payment terms
30% of total payment payable upon reservation by money order or bank transfer to the account we will indicate. Balance to be paid upon arrival. Extras should be paid on the evening before departure.
A € 150,00 deposit is to be paid upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full on departure after the apartment has been thoroughly inspected and subject to damages to furniture and rooms.
- The apartment is to be left in good order with kitchen and kitchenware thoroughly washed and cleaned.
- Check-in time is Saturdays between 2pm and 4:30 pm barring unforeseen circumstances.
Apartments must be vacated on Saturdays by 10 am so as to allow them to be cleaned.
- no unauthorised person will be allowed to stay in the apartment without the owner’s express consent.
- Apartments should be restored to the conditions in which they were found; damages to objects and furniture should be promptly reported to the owner.
The swimming pool will be open from May through to September. The pool is unattended and care should therefore be taken not to leave kids alone without adequate adult supervision.
- Short stays and weekend stays (min. three nights) are possible at a cost of € 35,00 per person (rates do not include compulsory final cleaning charge).
